Prior to joining Butler's staff, Williams served a multi-faceted position at Hunter College, a Division III school in New York City. There she served as an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach, a Clerical Assistant and a Sports Information Assistant.
A native of Bronx, NY, Williams also served as an Activity Specialist for the Astoria Beacon Program for six months in 2010 and as a panelist at the NCAA Next Step Mini Forum in Washington, DC in 2011 and 2012.
While at UDC, Williams was a three-year starter and two-year captain on the women's basketball team and also a two-year member of the women's tennis team.
