Ellison and Munson Garner Independent School's Honorable Mention Recognition

Tim Ellison and Nigel Munson

UDC Firebirds basketball players Tim Ellison (Alexandria, VA/Edison HS) and Nigel Munson (Washington, DC/Dematha H.S.) were recently cited by the Conference of Independent Schools (ICAA) for their performance during the 2009-10 season, with Honorable Mention recognition .

Ellison, a junior guard, averaged 18.9 ppg, 5.8 rpg and 1.8 -3ppg during the season, while Munson, a sophomore guard, averaged 19.2ppg, 5.0 rpg and 4.3 apg.
